<img align="left" title="fitness babes" border="0" hspace="0" alt="fitness babes" babes" src="http://admin.moguling.com/Upload/healthandfitness360.com/fitness%20babes5465656.jpg" width="82" height="100" />If you like attractive fitness babes as much as I do, then why not make your cell phone screen background one? I was shopping around online from my mobile PDA phone the other day trying to find cool backgrounds for my screen. I came across a site that allows you to freely download and use pictures of fitness babes for your cell phone background. After checking out a few dozen of these fitness babes, I was able to find one that I really liked. While I will probably not ever meet this person in real life, it’s still nice to have a background that has a really attractive and in-shape woman on it. Another thing that it helps me to do is remember to do my daily exercises and stay in shape. Most of the guys that I know like fitness babes, even if they know that they may never have the opportunity to be with one in real life. But, much like great artworks, beauty has a similar effect on the minds of most men: we really enjoy being able to see a beautiful woman, even if we don’t know her personally.

At least when I start to feel sick I can take some medicine to stop it before it gets too bad. But, with pet health problems you don't know until they're fully sick.

Last year my dog contracted some kind of virus. He didn't do anything but lay there, whining, and looking very sad. Pet health problems are different from our health problems in that you can't really do much for them. I looked through some health articles online for what to do with a sick dog and got a lot of the same information. Keep him comfortable and off the floor, make sure he drank lots of water, and talk to him and let him know he isn't alone were the most common tips. He was still drinking water so I didn't call a vet. After a few days, he started to get his energy back and look like he was coming out of it. After about a week he was back to his old self and full of energy.

Do Fitness Models Make Working Out Easier?

http://www.healthandfitness360.com/2009/June/Do-Fitness-Models-Make-Working-Out-Easier.htm

<img align="left" title="fitness models, fitness babes" border="0" hspace="0" alt="fitness models, fitness babes" models, fitness babes" src="http://admin.moguling.com/Upload/healthandfitness360.com/fitness%20models32323.jpg" width="75" height="100" />I have always wondered this, especially being a guy: do fitness models make working out for men any easier? You know those catty TV shows that you always see where perfectly toned fitness models are demonstrating the latest and greatest innovations in workout products? Personally, I think it goes both ways. For those who have some serious extra pounds to drop, sometimes fitness models can be discouraging because they are already in perfect shape, when the person trying to reach that point has not seen any results for themselves. Then again, fitness babes sometimes can really help men get in the mood to workout. Perhaps, because we men think that if we are as fit and toned as those other fitness models that we see, that we will be more attractive to the opposite sex. Either way, no matter what you do in order to find motivation to workout often, rest assured that by keeping better health you will greatly increase your longevity…your overall happiness. If it takes fitness babes to get you going, so be it, there's nothing wrong with that!

Of course, it goes without saying, that you should always take your pet to a professional if you have serious pet health problems. However, at the same time, you can many times find decent sources of information regarding pet health problems online. For issues like allergies, scratching, behavioral issues and much more, the internet many times can offer a good answer that may indeed solve your current pet health problems. There are even some websites that have been created by pet health experts that can direct you in the right direction in solving your pet health problems. Make sure that you always consult with your veterinarian before you implement solutions provided online for pet health problems, to make sure that you won’t be placing your pet’s health at risk. The great thing about finding answers to pet health problems online is that they can offer some insight into the issues at hand and help you to make a more educated decision.

What about liver disease, heart disease, diabetes rates, fitness solutions, weight loss pills recalls and other pertinent health issues? More people are turning to health articles online than ever before so that they can keep up with current health issues. Some of the best places to find online health articles that are reputable, reliable and informative happen to actually be at the larger online search engines. When searching for great health articles, make sure that you select to search through news feeds. Quite often many great health articles can be found in the press releases of different organizations and foundations that are announcing newer cures, problems or other news. Additionally, the leading health journals frequently publish great health articles online for all readers to enjoy and learn from. Perhaps some of the most important health articles that you can read online are those that are issued by the FDA (US Food and Drug Administration), which will keep you informed of product safety recalls and newer health risks and dangers which have been uncovered.

Following The Advice In Health Articles Needn't Be Difficult

<img title="Health Articles" height="180" alt="health articles, fitness models" Articles" hspace="0" src="http://admin.moguling.com/Upload/healthandfitness360.com/weeding.jpg" width="230" border="0" />Many health articles point out the importance of regular exercise and a balanced diet. Some people read these health articles and don’t bother implementing the suggestions because they seem like a chore. Actually following the advice in these health articles need not be difficult. Let’s use the need for regular exercise as our example. To get sufficient exercise a person should ideally do a minimum of half an hour of cardiovascular work three times a week and make time for some resistance work too. It is easy to get that amount of exercise in the summer. Instead of driving to the convenience store three times a week, walk the fifteen minutes is takes to go there and back. Instead of lifting weights at the gym, you could go outside and pull out the stubborn weeds in your yard. Of course doing these things will not give you a body like one of the fitness models we see on TV and in magazines. What it will do is keep your body strong and supple and ensure that you do not have to visit your doctor too often, and that’s all that is really necessary.

There Are Two Ways Of Handling Pet Health Problems

http://www.healthandfitness360.com/2009/May/There-Are-Two-Ways-Of-Handling-Pet-Health-Problems.htm

<img title="Pet Health Problems" height="90" alt="pet health problems, pet health questions" Health Problems" hspace="0" src="http://admin.moguling.com/Upload/healthandfitness360.com/Albino.jpg" width="127" border="0" />Pet health problems are very worrying to their owners. This is especially true for those of us who get particularly attached to their pets. I have two rather spoiled English Springer Spaniels and to be honest I treat them as though they were my kids. As you can imagine, I freak out whenever they have pet health problems.
Now to my way of thinking there are two ways of handling pet health problems and both of them have their pros and cons. If it is a major problem and you are very worried about your pet the obvious solution is to take them to the vet or the emergency pet hospital right away. However if it is something you are only slightly concerned about you might like to see if your pet health questions are answered on any online forums or websites. Often it is possible to find simple inexpensive solutions to pet health problems via the internet which would have been more costly to solve had you gone to your vet. For instance I put an inexpensive diluted boric acid solution into our dogs’ pendulous ears when they get a little gluey and this clears them up.
Nevertheless researching pet health problems online can also make you panic. Let’s imagine you notice your dog’s eye twitching and look online to see what it might be. You may see epilepsy listed as one of the potential problems and grow alarmed. In such a situation epilepsy would be the worst case scenario so there would be no need to panic. If you research pet health problems and the list of potential conditions worries you the correct reaction is to book an appointment with the vet.

<img title="Health Statistics" height="168" alt="health statistics, health articles" Statistics" hspace="0" src="http://admin.moguling.com/Upload/healthandfitness360.com/childhood-obesity.jpg" width="240" border="0" />I quite often read health articles because they are generally very informative. It is through reading these articles that I find out interesting facts such as certain health statistics. For instance I was reading a health article recently and I found out that around sixty percent of children in the United States are considered obese because their body mass index is greater than thirty. Of all health statistics the one for childhood obesity in this country may be the most shocking. Parents here in the US desperately need to do something if they do not want their children to develop obesity related ailments such as hypertension, heart disease and type two diabetes.
Young children cannot be expected to have control over their own diet. It is up to the parents to ensure that they monitor what their child is eating and make sensible choices while shopping for groceries. For example if there are no fatty or sugary snacks in your home then your child can’t eat them. Similarly if you cook nutritious meals from scratch using whole unprocessed foods then you can control the calories in the meals that you serve. Unless parents decide to do something about this serious problem the health statistics pertaining to childhood obesity are set to become even worse in the future.

The World Health Organization has a big role in recommending what needs to be done to stop this from becoming a pandemic. They are recommending that those people who feel ill avoid travel and stay at home but the World Health Organization does not think that shutting down borders or restricting travel internationally would do much to stop the spread of this disease.

The organization raised the health alert from a three to a four and it doesn't appear that this designation will affect travel anywhere. People who are concerned about contracting this virus have some options: they can stay home if they can, they can wear masks, and most important, they should wash their hands frequently. The virus is spread through contact and having clean hands will go a long way toward avoiding the flu. The World Health Organization is also responsible for giving the green light toward producing a vaccination for the flu, and as of this writing, they have not done that yet.

The thing that, I think, sets apart fitness models magazines from any other publication is that they present very strong women that also show a very feminine side. Most people live with the misconception that fitness models are too manly to be considered feminine. I think that most of those people have never seen a fitness models competition or a magazine, because it there is one thing these fitness models exude its pure femininity. Yes, fitness models do look a bit more muscular than the normal woman, but they do it in a way that creates almost perfect bodily proportions. In addition, their bodies tend to be nicely toned and not bulky like body builders, which adds to the impressiveness of their bodies. I really think that fitness models are the prime example of the midpoint between strength and fitness. You might see a lot of people doing a lot of cardio and they look almost anemic, you then have others who lift so much weight they begin to look like walking mountains, but fitness models have the best of both worlds. If you ever get the chance to see some of these fitness babes in action you will understand what fitness and femininity is all about.

These health statistics report that every 20 seconds, someone from these poor countries dies of indoor air pollution created by burning unsafe fuels in their homes. The World Health Organization supports efforts on behalf of governmental and nonprofits to help make solar ovens available to these populations. There are virtually no side effects using the sun to cook food. In fact, solar cooked food is healthy and nutritious, and the families in these countries actually start to get ahead financially because they no longer have to buy fuel to cook their food. People can make contributions to support solar cooking by searching for the organization of their choice and either buying products from them or making donations. Many of the people who die from indoor air pollution are infants and toddlers whose lung functions are not well developed, according to the World Health Organization. We can help stop these needless deaths by supporting efforts to bring inexpensive solar ovens to these countries where they are desperately needed.

<img title="Pet Health Problems" alt="pet health problems, pet health questions" Health Problems" src="http://admin.moguling.com/Upload/healthandfitness360.com/PetHealthProblems1.jpg" />

One of the most common pet health problems is urinary complications. Some signs that your pet is having urinary pet health problems is if you see it urinating in odd places, maybe it shows sings of blood in it, the smell becomes a lot stronger, it strains when urinating or you might notice it licking its private area more than usual. The first thing to do if you think your pet has urinary pet health problems is of course to contact your veterinary, but also be aware that there are some home remedies that work well in combating any urinary pet health problems. The first thing to do is to make sure your pet has water available to it all the time. Some urinary pet health problems can be alleviated on their own if the drinks enough water to clean itself out. In addition, there are some herbs that have been used with good results on urinary pet health problems like Berberis Vulgaris which acts as an anti inflammatory agent. Another good herb to use is Arctostaphylos Uva which helps to maintain normal ph levels in the urine which helps the urine in killing bacteria. Of course, before you use any of these remedies make sure to direct any pet health questions to your veterinary first and then try them after he has given you the ok.

Health Articles Linking Happiness With Physical Health

http://www.healthandfitness360.com/2009/March/Health-Articles-Linking-Happiness-With-Physical-Health.htm

<img title="Health Articles " alt="health articles, health statistics" Articles " src="http://admin.moguling.com/Upload/healthandfitness360.com/HealthArticles1.JPG" />

Some of the latest health articles I’ve read are making a connection between physical health and mental health. These health articles claim that the happier one is the better physical health one may find himself or herself in. The information on these health articles is supposedly taken from the latest scientific studies in health, which have found that our bodies tend to produce “harming” hormones when we are under stress and produce “healthy” hormones when we are happy. These health articles claim that cortisol, a hormone released when we are under stress, tends not only to suppress our immune system, but also to make us fatter by sending the body a signal to store fat in the belly. On the other hand, the health articles claim that when we avoid the production of cortisol and improve the production of “happy” hormones like serotonin, your immune system works at optimal level and when combined with low levels of cortisol, will prevent a lot of fat from being stored in the belly. It seems that health statistics support this theory since heart attacks and large mid sections have been linked to people who live high-stress lives. Now, not all people who live stressful lives will conform to these health statistics, but they do have an increased chance of being part of them. I think, if the connection between, physical health and mental health is true, we should all invest some time in learning relaxation techniques.

Use The Internet To Find Solutions To Minor Pet Health Problems

<img title="Pet Health Problems" height="205" alt="pet health problems, health articles" Health Problems" hspace="0" src="http://admin.moguling.com/Upload/healthandfitness360.com/Springer.jpg" width="170" border="0" />Pet health problems are rather common, especially with more mature animals. Of course the most obvious way of solving pet health problems is to visit the vet. This is especially important when your pet is seriously ill. However, you can solve many minor pet health problems by doing a little research online. There you will find many useful pet health articles.
I used the internet to solve one of my oldest dog’s pet health problems. My oldest dog Leo is a handsome English Springer Spaniel but he had a problem that was ruining his good looks. He used to have quite a lot of doggy dandruff and it didn’t look very nice. I imagine it also made him feel quite uncomfortable and itchy.
I read a pet health article that suggested putting an egg into his food each day to resolve the dandruff issue. This was easy enough for me to do because my husband keeps chickens. The article also suggested using a doggy shampoo for sensitive skin and warned not to bathe dogs with dandruff more than once per month. The advice in this pet health article has not cured Leo’s dandruff completely, but it has improved it a great deal.

<img title="health articles" alt="health articles, health statistics" articles" src="http://admin.moguling.com/Upload/healthandfitness360.com/health articles.jpg" />I have always cared about good health, but honestly I really didn't care about any health statistics or health food ideas; that is, until I grew a little older and realized that this body isn't going to last forever.

My sister and her husband had told me about alkaline water; so I began to search the internet for health articles that would help me better my health, and I came across some health articles on hexagonal water. After reading these health articles I found out that this ionized water helps the body become more alkaline; I also found out that cancer can't live in an alkaline body. I also found that most people are very acidic which helps cancer to thrive. These health articles have also stated that most if not all diseases are caused by being too acidic. This is valuable information that I would have never known had I not bothered to read a few health articles.

There are so many wonderful health articles on the internet and I have encouraged my family to do some reading themselves. Of course you must use caution when reading health articles on the internet because some of these people are just speaking about their own opinions, not facts; don't throw the baby out with the bath water; there are some health articles that just might save your life!

Avoid Pet Health Problems by Making Grass or Greens Available to Them

<img title="pet health problems" height="119" alt="pet health problems, health articles" health problems" hspace="0" src="http://admin.moguling.com/Upload/healthandfitness360.com/oats.jpg" width="99" border="0" />I have a cat who is 18 years old and he has had virtually no pet health problems. I have a patch of lawn in the yard that I never use chemicals or fertilizers on so that he has access to grass year round (it's a warm climate) and it's the grass that has helped him avoid pet health problems. There are devotees of wheatgrass who say that drinking the wheatgrass juice is healing. I am inclined to believe them, and am thinking about getting started in consuming wheatgrass juice myself. If it has kept my cat healthy all these years, I can only hope that it will also keep me healthier. Health articles are mixed on the effects of wheatgrass, but my cat seems to be a living testament to how well it is keeping him healthy.

If your pets are experiencing pet health problems, make some grass available to them. You can easily grow some types of grass in pots in the house. Oats are the easiest to grow and don't require that much sunshine to grow. Oats are incredibly inexpensive in bulk from feed stores. I take two pounds of seeds, keep them in the refrigerator, and ask the feed store to donate the rest to animal rescue programs.

Some Itchy Pet Health Problems

http://www.healthandfitness360.com/2009/March/Some-Itchy-Pet-Health-Problems.htm

<img title="Pet Health Problems" alt="pet health problems, pet health questions" Health Problems" src="http://admin.moguling.com/Upload/healthandfitness360.com/PetHealthProblems.jpg" />

Our pets provide a lot of love and fun to us and therefore we need to keep track of the most common pet health problems to keep our furry friends as healthy as possible. If you own dogs or cats three of the most common pet health problems your pets will face are: fleas, worms and ear mites. Today I am going to answer some pet health questions on how to deal with fleas. Fleas can cause a number of pet health problems. Fleas are nasty little critters that can infest your home and make your pets miserable. To rid your pets and home of fleas you must attack them from all sides. To combat fleas you have to make sure that you treat your pets and all indoors and outdoors of your home.

You can begin by using a product that prevents the flea pupa from leaving the egg, which is the culprit of some pet health problems. You can get this type of medicine from your vet. It is usually prescribed in tablet form which is given to your pet once a month. This treatment prevents flea breeding but does not kill fleas. You will want to also use a product which will kill adult fleas; some type of topical insecticide. These types of products are usually in aerosol form. You can also use flea powder and flea collars on your cats and dogs. You should also use a flea spray for your home. Make sure it is the kind of spray that takes care of both adult fleas and their larvae. Finally, the most important step in fighting almost all pet health problems is to vacuum thoroughly and often.
